About the role
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans where needed.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Support team members in onboarding new clients, handling objections, and effectively presenting the company’s products and services.
- Act as the escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies across all team activities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, trading platforms, and market conditions, ensuring the team is always up to date.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or a similar client-facing role within financial services or online trading (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred
- Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
