About the role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Assist in preparing employment offers and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Help organise and track training sessions and employee development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, and generate related reports as required.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and assist in maintaining positive employee relations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support other HR functions and office management needs, as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or other leadership team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience as HR Administrator or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in HRIS will be considered an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Impeccable organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment.
