About the role

  • Coordinate and manage the L&D calendar, including booking meeting rooms, sending calendar invites, and organizing virtual webinar links.
  • Act as the administrative point of contact for new starters, ensuring they are enrolled in mandatory training modules from Day 1.
  • Assist in a variety of L&D, culture, and employee engagement projects.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials (workbooks, handouts) and manage external vendor relationships/bookings.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)—uploading content, managing user access, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as the key user for reporting and analytics, consolidating and maintaining group-level reports.
  • Monitor the L&D inbox and respond to employee queries regarding course availability, login issues, or certification status.
  • Administer post-training evaluation surveys and compile feedback summaries.
  • Assist in drafting internal communications to promote upcoming learning opportunities and culture events.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a corporate training environment.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Excel is essential for data tracking) and familiarity with LMS platforms or HRIS software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication style with a helpful, service-oriented mindset.
