About the role
- Design and implement a comprehensive Global Total Rewards strategy, including base pay, variable pay (bonuses), and long-term incentives.
- Develop a consistent global grading structure and job leveling framework to ensure internal equity across all HFM departments.
- Lead the selection and management of salary survey providers and establish a rigorous annual benchmarking process.
- Draft and implement all rewards-related policies, including relocation packages, promotion pay guidelines, and benefits eligibility.
- Audit existing perks and design a competitive, scalable benefits suite that aligns with the HFM culture.
- Create and govern performance-linked incentive schemes that drive business results.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for senior leadership and Department Heads on all matters relating to retention and offer positioning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, ideally within Fintech, Financial Services, or a fast-paced Global Tech environment.
- Proven track record of setting up HR processes or reward frameworks from scratch rather than just maintaining existing ones.
- Advanced Excel/data modeling skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage the full project lifecycle without a pre-existing roadmap.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and "sell" the value of new reward initiatives to employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are highly regarded.
