About the role
- Lead full-cycle headhunting for critical and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing and talent heat mapping.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers and TA team members to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report key metrics related to talent acquisition and candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in headhunting or recruitment, especially for Corporate roles (Marketing - Sales - Finance - Legal & Compliance)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to deliver strategic talent insights and workforce planning support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Corporate or Recruiter Lite, ATS tools and talent mapping techniques.
