About the role
- Manage front-desk and receptionist duties.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support the procurement process and purchase requests.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and company events.
- Coordinate with health and safety stakeholders to support health and safety compliance initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate office administration or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
