About the role
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Ability to understand complex data sets and direct development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive reporting.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports using Power BI and other M365 tools to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through process mapping.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Influence stakeholders and team members to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of combined analyst / project management experience.
- Proficiency in data analytics, Power BI, M365, Planner, Visio, and report development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
