About the role

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Ability to understand complex data sets and direct development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive reporting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports using Power BI and other M365 tools to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through process mapping.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders and team members to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of combined analyst / project management experience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, Power BI, M365, Planner, Visio, and report development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
