About the role
- Identify, qualify, and engage the most relevant prospects for HeyTeam.
- Create a consistent flow of qualified meetings (MQLs) for the Account Executive team.
- Directly contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and to discovering new strategic accounts.
- Rapidly process incoming leads from the website, marketing campaigns, or partners.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads until handoff to an Account Executive.
- Identify and target new companies within key segments.
- Set up multichannel prospecting sequences.
- Approach the right stakeholders with personalized messaging.
- Map strategic target accounts and understand their key challenges.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role within the technology, information, or internet sectors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong results orientation.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
