About the role
- You’ll start in B2B SaaS sales and learn how leads become satisfied customers
- You will handle and qualify inbound leads
- Light outbound activities will be added gradually
- Together with the team you’ll prepare demos & workshops and will increasingly run them independently
- In conversations with customers you’ll identify needs, discuss solutions and contribute to proposals
- Step by step you’ll take on responsibility across the whole deal process — up to your own closings
- In close cooperation with the Customer Success team you’ll ensure new customers have a good start
Requirements
- Some initial experience in sales, customer success, support or another customer-facing area
- Enjoy communicating — phone calls, video calls and meeting new contacts energize you
- Very good German (spoken and written); good English for emails and occasional conversations is sufficient
- Structured, reliable working style with a focus on goals and follow-ups
- Confident presence at trade shows and events — you’re keen to represent the product and the team (we’ll prepare you)
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings

- Base salary €40,000 gross per year plus performance-based commission (OTE up to €80,000 possible, uncapped)
