• Our newsletter? You design and write it — reaching thousands each month with relevant insights!
• The Help Center will be your baby: you build it, make it the first point of contact for customers, and ensure every question finds an answer there.
• Quality is your benchmark: from the first draft to publication, you ensure every piece of content is clear, up to date, and excellent.
• User-focused thinking — your texts solve problems and drive action.
• Close collaboration: you coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support.
• Product updates? You translate them into clear, user-friendly content.

Account Executive

• You take full ownership of your sales funnel — from the initial outreach to long-term customer relationships.
• Build and manage your own pipeline: You generate and qualify opportunities in the B2B SaaS space and keep your pipeline clean and up to date.
• Lead demos & workshops: You independently run product demos, workshops, and decision-making sessions with various stakeholders (IT, management, security).
• Structure and close deals: You develop customer solutions, negotiate terms, and drive deals to a successful close.
• Expand existing accounts: You identify cross- and upsell opportunities early and grow existing accounts.
• Provide market feedback: You work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and bring market insights directly into the product.
