  • You write blog posts that move people: about passwordless authentication, modern ways of working, and everything that really matters to our customers.
  • Our newsletter? You design and write it — reaching thousands each month with relevant insights!
  • The Help Center will be your baby: you build it, make it the first point of contact for customers, and ensure every question finds an answer there.
  • Quality is your benchmark: from the first draft to publication, you ensure every piece of content is clear, up to date, and excellent.
  • User-focused thinking — your texts solve problems and drive action.
  • Close collaboration: you coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support.
  • Product updates? You translate them into clear, user-friendly content.

Requirements

  • Experience as a copywriter, content writer, or editor.
  • Excellent German and English — fluent and error-free.
  • Strong command of language.
  • Structured, meticulous working style.
  • User-oriented thinking.
  • Enthusiasm for IT, security, or SaaS — our core topic (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with content tools (Notion, SEO tools, Figma) (nice-to-have).
