About the role
- Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries about digital compliance services related to ISO 27001
- Assess existing security practices and ISMS setups, identify gaps, and define steps for achieving or maintaining ISO 27001 certification
- Support risk analyses, develop policies, and fulfill documentation requirements according to ISO 27001
- Stay up to date on developments in ISO standards and contribute to our platform and knowledge base
Requirements
- Academic background in information security, computer science, business, law, or a related field
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS, or strong motivation to acquire this expertise quickly
- Structured working style with analytical and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a pragmatic, user-centered approach to solutions
- Fluent in English and German
