About the role
- Support in maintaining and further developing our HR tool Personio
- Serve as a point of contact for the team on Personio, absence management and HR processes
- Support with contract-related and payroll-relevant matters
- Maintain and manage employee data, contracts and HR documents
- Contribute to the development of our HR structures and concepts
- Create and optimize onboarding and offboarding concepts
- Support internal HR projects and process optimizations
- Independently take on HR projects with increasing responsibility
- Optional: Support on payroll accounting topics and preparatory payroll processes
Requirements
- You are studying Business Administration, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Personnel Economics or a comparable degree program with an HR focus
- Ideally you already have initial practical experience in HR (e.g., internship or working student role)
- Initial experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus
- German at native-speaker level
- You are not in your final semester, as we are looking for a longer-term collaboration
- You work in a structured, reliable and responsible manner
- You think independently, critically and with a solutions-oriented mindset
- You are motivated to improve processes and contribute new ideas
