About the role

  • Support in maintaining and further developing our HR tool Personio
  • Serve as a point of contact for the team on Personio, absence management and HR processes
  • Support with contract-related and payroll-relevant matters
  • Maintain and manage employee data, contracts and HR documents
  • Contribute to the development of our HR structures and concepts
  • Create and optimize onboarding and offboarding concepts
  • Support internal HR projects and process optimizations
  • Independently take on HR projects with increasing responsibility
  • Optional: Support on payroll accounting topics and preparatory payroll processes

Requirements

  • You are studying Business Administration, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Personnel Economics or a comparable degree program with an HR focus
  • Ideally you already have initial practical experience in HR (e.g., internship or working student role)
  • Initial experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus
  • German at native-speaker level
  • You are not in your final semester, as we are looking for a longer-term collaboration
  • You work in a structured, reliable and responsible manner
  • You think independently, critically and with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • You are motivated to improve processes and contribute new ideas
