• Serve as a point of contact for the team on Personio, absence management and HR processes
• Support with contract-related and payroll-relevant matters
• Maintain and manage employee data, contracts and HR documents
• Contribute to the development of our HR structures and concepts
• Create and optimize onboarding and offboarding concepts
• Support internal HR projects and process optimizations
• Independently take on HR projects with increasing responsibility
• Optional: Support on payroll accounting topics and preparatory payroll processes

• Advise employees on childcare, parenting matters and organizational concerns as parents
• Conduct advisory appointments on a fee basis
• Provide support on questions regarding parental leave and parental allowance (Elterngeld)
