About the role
- You develop performance-oriented creative concepts for Meta paid advertising and TikTok — from the initial hook through engaging scripts to the strategic selection of suitable creators.
- You oversee the production of performance-relevant paid creatives (video, graphics & UGC) and ensure brand-compliant, testable assets that convince clients.
- You comprehensively and deeply understand and analyze our target audiences — using existing qualitative and quantitative insights and supplementing them when necessary with your own research or in collaboration with other teams (e.g., Product, Customer Research).
- You develop and optimize high-converting copy across the entire customer journey, from ads and landing pages to product pages and relevant microcopy in the shop.
- You own our testing roadmap, which you continuously prioritize and align with channel owners based on potential impact and feasibility.
- You apply advertising and consumer psychology deliberately, as well as the principles of direct-response marketing, to make every step of the funnel emotionally compelling and sales-driven.
- You document results in a structured way and build a comprehensive learning database that forms the basis for continuous optimization of your roadmap, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within a performance-driven environment, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce context with a strong direct-response focus (agency or in-house).
- You combine advertising and consumer psychology with platform understanding and know how creative, messaging and conversion can be deployed effectively in paid setups.
- You link performance KPIs with a strong understanding of target audiences and consistently translate insights into new creative ideas and optimizations for your roadmap.
- You work in a structured, precise and fast manner — holding yourself to high standards for your results and paying attention to detail when necessary.
- You have experience setting up and running cross-functional projects, are communicative and enjoy proactively bringing stakeholders along, solving problems and ensuring progress.
- You know the world of dog owners inside out or are eager to dive deeper into their needs, decision processes and purchasing barriers.
