• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Management von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen über mehrere bezahlte soziale Kanäle (z. B. Meta, TikTok) zur Akquise neuer Kunden für HEY HOLY
• Erstellung fundierter kreativer Konzepte basierend auf historischen Leistungsdaten und deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen und externen Ressourcen
• Durchführung tiefgehender Zielgruppenanalysen unter Verwendung vorhandener Kundenforschungen, Bewertungen, Kommentare, Einblicke aus Online-Communities und funktionsübergreifenden Input (z. B. aus dem Produktmarketing) zur Entwicklung von Hypothesen
• Analyse von Kampagnendaten und Ableitung konkreter Empfehlungen für kontinuierliche kreative Optimierungen
• Effizientes Management und Zuteilung von Marketingbudgets zur Maximierung des ROI und der Kundengewinnung
• Zusammen mit unserem Data-Team eine wöchentliche Berichtsstruktur mit klar definierten KPIs über den gesamten Funnel etablieren – und zusätzliche Analysen nach Bedarf durchführen, um Ihre Hypothesen zu validieren
• Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über die neuesten Trends und Best Practices im Performance-Marketing und deren strategische Integration in Ihre Creatives

Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social

• You develop data-driven strategies to grow our influencer channel — with a focus on growth, conversion and measurable results (not just likes)
• You identify, pitch and develop relevant creator partnerships — with a performance focus, long-term potential and a strong sense for target audiences (including beyond the typical “pet” bubble)
• You manage collaborations across the funnel: from seeding and performance-based deals to targeted retargeting in cooperation with our paid team
• You analyze creator performance using tools like Storyclash, design A/B tests, optimize campaigns and keep KPIs such as CAC, ROAS & CTR under control at all times
• You formulate your own hypotheses, detect patterns, dive into the details — and aim to build your own team over time

• Du konzipierst die geplanten Tests, erstellst die Briefings für das Performance-Marketing- und Shop-Team und stellst die Umsetzung hinsichtlich Zeitleiste, Konsistenz und Qualität sicher
