Senior eCommerce Manager

Performance Marketing

• You own, develop and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google to acquire new customers for HEY HOLY
• You manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
• You analyze campaign data and derive concrete recommendations for continuous creative optimization
• You translate performance insights into strong creative concepts, working closely with internal creative team and external partners
• You conduct deep audience analyses, using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities, and cross-functional input (e.g., from product marketing) to develop hypotheses
• Together with our Data team, you establish a weekly reporting framework with clearly defined KPIs across the entire funnel – and conduct additional analyses as needed to validate your hypotheses

Creative Strategist

• You develop performance-oriented creative concepts for Meta paid advertising and TikTok — from the initial hook through engaging scripts to the strategic selection of suitable creators.
• You oversee the production of performance-relevant paid creatives (video, graphics & UGC) and ensure brand-compliant, testable assets that convince clients.
• You comprehensively and deeply understand and analyze our target audiences — using existing qualitative and quantitative insights and supplementing them when necessary with your own research or in collaboration with other teams (e.g., Product, Customer Research).
• You develop and optimize high-converting copy across the entire customer journey, from ads and landing pages to product pages and relevant microcopy in the shop.
• You own our testing roadmap, which you continuously prioritize and align with channel owners based on potential impact and feasibility.
• You apply advertising and consumer psychology deliberately, as well as the principles of direct-response marketing, to make every step of the funnel emotionally compelling and sales-driven.
• You document results in a structured way and build a comprehensive learning database that forms the basis for continuous optimization of your roadmap, tests and outcomes.

• You identify, pitch and develop relevant creator partnerships — with a performance focus, long-term potential and a strong sense for target audiences (including beyond the typical “pet” bubble)
• You manage collaborations across the funnel: from seeding and performance-based deals to targeted retargeting in cooperation with our paid team
• You analyze creator performance using tools like Storyclash, design A/B tests, optimize campaigns and keep KPIs such as CAC, ROAS & CTR under control at all times
• You formulate your own hypotheses, detect patterns, dive into the details — and aim to build your own team over time
• You work closely with colleagues from Brand, Performance and Operations and align data-driven and people-driven perspectives

Influencer Performance Marketing Manager – m/f/d
