Senior Influencer Performance Marketing Manager

• You develop data-driven strategies to grow our influencer channel—with a focus on growth, conversion and measurable results (not just likes 😉)
• You identify, pitch and develop relevant creator partnerships—with a performance focus, long-term potential and a strong sense for target audiences (also beyond the typical “pet bubble”)
• You manage collaborations across the funnel: from seeding to performance deals to targeted retargeting in collaboration with our paid team
• You analyze creator performance using tools like Storyclash, design A/B tests, optimize campaigns and keep KPIs such as CAC, ROAS & CTR under control at all times
• You develop your own hypotheses, recognize patterns, dive into the details—and want to eventually build your own team
• You work closely with colleagues from Brand, Performance and Operations and align data- and people-driven perspectives

Partnership Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

• Sie testen neue Formate, Kanäle und experimentelle Setups (z.B. Performance Max, Demand Gen, Reddit Ads) und verwandeln diese in skalierbare Wachstumspfade für zukünftige Such- und Non-Search-Plattformen
• Sie bewerten Kampagnendaten und Nutzungsreisen und leiten konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Keywords, Anzeigentexte, Zielgruppen, Landing Pages und Bietstrategien ab
• Sie planen und verwalten das Budget basierend auf Effizienz- und Wachstumszielen und stellen sicher, dass eine optimale Zuweisung zwischen Marken-, generischen und Prospecting-Kampagnen erfolgt
• Sie bleiben über aktuelle SEA-Trends, AI-Funktionen, Tests und Best Practices informiert und integrieren diese in Ihre Suchstrategie, um kontinuierlich unsere Such-Exzellenz zu steigern

Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search

• Datenbasierte Strategien für den Ausbau unseres Influencer-Kanals entwickeln – mit Fokus auf Growth, Conversion und messbare Ergebnisse
• Relevante Creator-Partnerschaften identifizieren, überzeugen und entwickeln – mit Performance-Fokus
• Kooperationen entlang des Funnels steuern: von Seeding über Performance Deals bis hin zu zielgerichtetem Retargeting
• Creator-Performance analysieren mit Tools wie Storyclash, A/B-Tests entwickeln, Kampagnen optimieren und KPIs im Griff haben

• You create well-founded creative concepts based on our past performance and execute them together with internal and external resources
• You conduct in-depth audience analyses, using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities, and cross-functional collaboration to develop hypotheses
• You analyze campaign data and derive concrete recommendations for continuous creative optimization
• You manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and new customer acquisition
• Together with our Business Intelligence team, you establish weekly reporting with clearly defined KPIs across the entire funnel — and conduct further analyses as needed to validate your hypotheses
• You stay on top of trends and apply the latest performance-marketing best practices strategically in your creatives

Senior Marketing Manager – Paid Social

• You develop, implement and manage paid search campaigns (primarily Google & Microsoft Ads) across all funnel stages to acquire qualified new customers for Hey Holy
• You create targeted search strategies based on our existing search performance and execute them together with internal and external partners (e.g., agencies, landing page teams)
• You analyze search intent and audience behavior using keyword data, search insights, reviews, community feedback and coordination with product and brand marketing to develop relevant messaging hypotheses
• You test new formats, channels and experiment setups (e.g., Performance Max, Demand Gen, Reddit Ads) and derive scalable growth paths for future search and non-search platforms
• You evaluate campaign data and user journeys and translate findings into concrete optimization measures for keywords, ad copy, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies
• You plan and manage budget allocation according to efficiency and growth goals, ensuring optimal distribution between brand, generic and prospecting campaigns
• You stay up to date and integrate current SEA trends, AI features, tests and best practices into your search strategy to continuously improve our search excellence

Marketing Manager – Paid Search

Financial Planning and Analysis

• You coordinate and execute daily finance operations – from payments to ensuring smooth transactional processes
• You perform pre-closing activities for the monthly close and coordinate the full closing cycle with our external accounting/tax advisory firm (Steuerberatungsbüro)
• You take ownership of cost controlling: ensuring accuracy of reports, enabling transparent data sharing, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities to drive profitability
• You establish and optimize processes to make the finance function scalable – leveraging technology to automate and streamline wherever possible
• You monitor and manage cash flow on a daily basis and maintain a 13-week forecast to ensure financial stability and visibility
• You act as the key contact point for external finance stakeholders as well as for internal teams on finance-related requests and projects
