About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You research, evaluate and prioritize creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) systematically — engagement rate, audience fit, content quality, realistic performance potential — and compile structured shortlists. This is detailed work that helps determine the success of each campaign.
  • You handle outreach, briefing coordination and ongoing communication with creators — including renegotiation when deliverables don’t match expectations.
  • You manage active campaigns operationally: content approvals, schedules, deliverables and follow-ups.
  • You analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and independently present your findings in the weekly performance meeting.
  • You conduct competitor and market analyses in influencer and performance marketing.
  • You work closely with the paid performance team, e.g. on using creator content for paid social (whitelisting, Spark Ads).
  • You contribute your own ideas for campaign formats, creator strategies and performance optimizations — and test them.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a registered student (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Social Media or similar) looking for a working student position of approx. 20 hrs/week for at least 6 months.
  • You already have practical experience with social media or creator content — either your own account with real engagement, a working student/internship position in social/influencer, or freelance collaboration with creators or brands.
  • You can work with numbers and interpret them — engagement rate, CPM, CAC or ROAS are not entirely unfamiliar to you, or you are ready to learn them quickly. Pure "I love social media" enthusiasm without an interest in the numbers behind it does not fit this role.
  • You write clearly and persuasively in German and English — outreach messages to creators are often the first impression of our brand.
  • You work proactively, independently and reliably — even when remote you keep campaigns, contacts and deadlines under control.
  • Initial experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads or influencer platforms is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Flexibility that fits you: whether at our office in Frankfurt am Main, hybrid or fully remote within Germany — you decide when and where you’re most productive.
  • Rapid development opportunities: those who push themselves grow with us — in responsibility, skills and prospects.
  • Open and honest communication: we value direct exchange, provide clear feedback and welcome your input.
  • Individual training budget: we invest in your personal and professional development — because your growth is our growth.
  • Access to corporate benefits and Wellpass: so you can take care of yourself outside of work as well.
  • Free HEY HOLY food: because happy dogs are as important as happy people.
  • 25 days of vacation + Christmas and New Year off.
