Requirements
- Residence within the EU and engagement as a freelancer
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1/C2)
- A quiet, dedicated room for working from home is required
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector
- Reliability, flexibility and a service-oriented work approach
