About the role
- Provide phone and written support to existing customers

Requirements
- Must be based in the EU and work as a freelancer/contractor
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1/C2)
- A quiet, private room for home office work is required
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the telecommunications sector
- Reliability, flexibility and a service-oriented approach
