About the role

  • Maintain strict ERP discipline across inventory, parts, repairs, replacements, and field assets
  • Improve hardware designs to reduce installation time, increase reliability, and lower production cost
  • Build and optimize the "machine" that makes hardware deployment never become a bottleneck
  • Recruit, train, and manage contractors as deployment volume grows
  • Travel to customer facilities and lead hardware installation and commissioning

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of CAM, sheet metal fabrication, material science
  • Basic electronics knowledge, or strong willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated experience with version control + strong documentation discipline
  • Fluent in German or Dutch (spoken)
