Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of greenhouse operators
• Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
• Close new customers and expand accounts over time
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support renewals and retention
• Work closely with product and engineering to bring feedback from growers into product development
• Represent hexafarms at industry events, conferences and customer visits
• Help build a repeatable commercial engine as we scale internationally

Backend Engineer

• Design and implement scalable, reliable server-side applications, APIs, and database integrations with Elixir and Phoenix
• Build and maintain intuitive, performant user interfaces that connect seamlessly to backend systems
• Optimise performance across the stack, ensuring responsiveness, fault tolerance, and long-term maintainability
• Contribute to architecture decisions that support rapid iteration while keeping technical debt low
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web app(s) using modern frontend technologies (LiveView, Tailwind, some Svelte)

• Build and improve operational backbone of marketing engine
• Take ownership of measurable events and full CRM transparency
• Execute systems for structured pipeline from marketing activities
• Prepare target account lists and structure attendee research
• Set up CRM tracking and define event KPIs
• Ensure proper lead documentation and attribution
• Execute and improve HubSpot setup and data quality
• Collaborate with Sales for clean lead handovers
