• Support the VP, Operations in executing core operational activities, including custody, trade settlement, and loan settlement processes.
• Process crypto and fiat (bank) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in rostered coverage as required to support business operations.
• Prepare operational reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with client onboarding activities, including address whitelisting and related operational checks.
• Help ensure operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancement.
• Collaborate with front-to-back stakeholders to define best practices and drive continuous process improvements.

Executive Assistant

• Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work, including incorporation of entities worldwide and maintenance of statutory books and records for the holding company and its subsidiaries across Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Southeast Asia, Europe, and other jurisdictions as applicable.; Oversee entity maintenance by working closely with cross-functional teams, e.g. finance, Operations, and HR, to support the business.; Coordinate and attend Board, committee, and shareholder meetings: plan agendas, prepare and collate precise meeting papers, draft accurate minutes, and manage logistical arrangements.; Prepare and draft a wide range of corporate secretarial documents, including resolutions, memoranda, and agendas.; Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements, including timely filing of statutory documents in all jurisdictions.; Advise the management on Hong Kong company law and corporate governance matters.; Supervise compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including anti-money laundering, data protection, and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements; Manage relationships internal and external stakeholders, including business units, lawyers, auditors, investors and vendors; Assist in applications or renewals of virtual assets licences globally, as well as the opening of bank accounts in different jurisdictions; Support ad-hoc assignments related to the corporate governance and secretariat function.

Product Designer

• Lead the design function: provide direction and mentorship to product designers, elevating design standards and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
• Own the end-to-end design process: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery, ensuring consistent design quality across all products
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design decisions with business and technical requirements
• Drive design strategy: define design principles, guidelines, and systems that scale across multiple products and platforms
• Champion user experience: conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation
• Hands-on delivery: create and review wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI designs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand and product vision
• Advocate for design: represent design in key discussions, making the case for user-centric decisions at all levels of the company
• Report directly to the Chief Engineering Officer and partner in defining how design contributes to Hex Trust’s mission
