About the role
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and help resolve issues or roadblocks during project execution
- Maintain documentation, reports, and project tracking tools
- Support senior project managers with administrative and logistical tasks
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Internship or coursework in project management (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)
- Certification such as CAPM or PMP (or interest in pursuing one is preferred)
