Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company’s products
Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget
Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies
The Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) Program Manager provides end-to-end program ownership across the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from concept to end-of-life
The PLM Program Manager acts as the central coordinator between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment on scope, dependencies, risks, and release commitments
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Typically 10+ years experience
5+ years of experience managing/supporting engineering teams at the executive level
4+ years of experience with hardware programs, software development and cloud train release models
Knowledgeable about PDLC and Agile best practices
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
