Lead ongoing analysis of competitors’ products, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and maintain competitive selling presentations, battlecards, win/loss insights, and content for executive briefings.
Create field responses to major competitor moves and analyst research placement (Gartner MQ/CC, IDC MarketScape, Forrester Wave, other).
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales including Ops, AR to synthesize market trends and threats.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Field Enablement, and Sales Leadership to ensure competitive insights are actionable.
Build frameworks and processes to scale competitive intelligence across the organization.
Work with CI and content management/enablement platforms (e.g., Klue, Crayon, Highspot, Seismic, etc.)
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent industry experience required
7+ years product marketing and/or competitive intelligence experience in a security, IT operations, or networking company
Familiarity with endpoint management and security, ITSM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR solutions a plus
Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to partner with diverse stakeholders
Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally
Results-oriented, with proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong presentation skills are required. Must be comfortable speaking in front of leaders across sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.
