About the role Provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provide deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations. Perform presales activities: network design, solution proposal, BOM preparation, presentations, site-surveys. Deliver customer demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs) independently. Contribute to technical white-papers, marketing events, webinars. Support public-sector engagements: pre-RFP customer engagement, RFP response, bid management. Requirements University or Bachelor’s degree preferred or directly related previous work experience. Typically 4-8 years advanced sales experience required (minimum ~4 years). Presales Experience in networking domain. Experienced in networking presales activities including network design, solution proposal, BOM preparation, presentation, site-surveys. Hands-on experience to deliver customer demos and POCs independently. Technical certifications on Aruba or equivalent. Exposure to public-sector business including pre-RFP customer engagement, RFP response, bid management. Excellent Communication. Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota.
