About the role
- Individual contributor role responsible for high-speed interconnect solutions
- Works as the key development engineer between hardware design engineering and interconnect suppliers
- Manages interconnect technology roadmaps and influences stakeholders
- Provides technical consultation support for interconnect component engineering
- Responsible for development and execution of interconnect technology validation plans
Requirements
- Deep industry experience (15 years)
- Hands-on proficiency with high-speed, complex interconnect (≥56 GHz, ≥100 differential pairs)
- Experience must include both connectors AND high-speed cables
- 3D CAD modeling experience and geometric tolerance analysis abilities
- BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
