About the role

  • Lead Kubernetes-native, RDMA-class networking for distributed AI inference platforms.
  • Design mechanisms to expose RDMA-capable NIC resources without rebuilding containers.
  • Own API and CRD design for long-term compatibility.
  • Make architectural tradeoffs between device plugins, performance, and isolation.
  • Ensure compatibility with NVIDIA NIMs and GPU operators.

Requirements

  • Experience with Kubernetes and RDMA-class networking.
  • Strong knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) systems.
  • Skills in API and CRD design (ResourceClaims, DeviceClasses).
  • Understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA NIMs and GPU operators.
  • Cloud architectures and microservices fluency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
