About the role

  • Drive strategic internal narratives to deepen team member understanding of HPE’s business strategy and innovation roadmap.
  • Craft compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with a global audience.
  • Build experiences that strengthen engagement with technical communities through creative formats.
  • Develop and support multi‑channel communication strategies including intranet articles, scripts, and videos.
  • Use metrics and data to refine content choices and storytelling formats.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years in internal communications, journalism, marketing, content creation, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear, accessible language.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical understanding is a plus, but curiosity and fast learning are even more important.
  • Experience scripting, producing, and editing short‑form videos (2–4 minutes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools and using them to improve workflows is a plus.
