About the role
- Engage with field teams (Sales, presales, specialists, partners) on customer opportunities
- Responsible for qualifying the opportunity, define the technical scope and success criteria for the engagement
- Responsible for interfacing with the customer and field teams throughout the lifecycle of the engagement
- Set up the PoC/Benchmark setup, onboard the customer/partner and provide technical support throughout the engagement
- Leverage own technical skills, peers in the team and the larger engineering capabilities in the organisation to provide in-depth technical expertise to make the customer/partner engagement successful.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 6-10 years experience
- Good understanding of Data Center technologies such as Server, Storage, Networking etc.
- Broader understanding of HPE portfolio of products, technology and solutions
- Hands-on experience in one or more of technology areas such as Server, OS, Storage, Cloud, AI, performance engineering, automation, networking etc.
- Customer facing experience and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
