About the role
- Own the end-to-end architecture, quality, and availability of executive-facing Power BI dashboards.
- Ensure analytics supporting executive reviews are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.
- Proactively identify and mitigate data quality or reporting risks.
- Independently resolve complex, ambiguous data and performance issues under time pressure.
- Design and evolve scalable BI architectures, semantic models, and data transformations.
- Lead the integration of AI-enabled analytics and Copilot capabilities into executive reporting.
- Mentor and coach BI developers and analysts, raising technical and analytical standards.
- Partner with stakeholders across Hybrid Cloud, Sales, Finance, and IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data architecture roles.
- Deep experience with Power BI or equivalent enterprise BI platforms.
- Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
- Experience working in global-based delivery models is highly valued.
