About the role
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide HR compliance frameworks
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Risk, and other compliance partners
- Monitor evolving labor laws and regulatory developments
- Lead internal compliance reviews and audits
- Drive corrective actions while providing guidance and training to HR teams
- Support HR programs such as employee relations, workforce data governance, background screening, and records management
- Strengthen governance and improve compliance processes
Requirements
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 4+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
- Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred
- Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes
- Strong general HR knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation
