About the role

  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide HR compliance frameworks
  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, Risk, and other compliance partners
  • Monitor evolving labor laws and regulatory developments
  • Lead internal compliance reviews and audits
  • Drive corrective actions while providing guidance and training to HR teams
  • Support HR programs such as employee relations, workforce data governance, background screening, and records management
  • Strengthen governance and improve compliance processes

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 4+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred
  • Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes
  • Strong general HR knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation
