About the role

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide HR compliance frameworks
  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, Risk, and other compliance partners
  • Monitor evolving labor laws and regulatory developments, translate them into actionable HR policies and controls
  • Lead internal compliance reviews and audits, investigate potential non-compliance issues, and drive corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and people managers

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 4+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
  • Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes
  • Strong general HR knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation
