About the role

  • Develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders.
  • Strategize and execute programs that enhance HPE’s reputation.
  • Lead or support submissions, storytelling, and communications related to industry awards.
  • Support internal and external events that elevate leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and program owners.
  • Use engagement data and performance insights to refine communication approaches.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, marketing or related field
  • Experience partnering with and supporting leaders is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience supporting or executing external awards, recognition, and engagement programs is a plus
  • Proficient command of English (US) language including excellent grammar, composition and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design software, web/video editing, and social media platforms is preferred
  • A portfolio of work available for review is preferred.
