About the role
- Develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders
- Strategize and execute programs that enhance HPE’s reputation through internal and external awards
- Lead or support submissions, storytelling, and communications related to industry awards
- Support internal and external events that elevate leadership visibility
- Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and program owners
- Ensure all communications are clear, compelling, and aligned with HPE’s writing style
Requirements
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, marketing or related field
- Experience partnering with and supporting leaders is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience supporting or executing external awards, recognition, and engagement programs
- Proficient command of English (US) language including excellent grammar, composition and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design software, web/video editing, and social media platforms is preferred
