Lead virtualization and software‑defined infrastructure strategy, lifecycle management, automation/orchestration, and VM/network pool optimization.
Manage global inventory allocation, forecasting, procurement support, BOM reviews, and lifecycle activities to maximize utilization and reduce duplication/cost.
Build and operate global Lab Services: development/test/validation/demo environments, and close partnership with engineering teams.
Drive global LaaS implementation: self‑service provisioning, automation, catalog and workflow design, and integration with monitoring and inventory systems.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive management experience leading lab operations for Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, and Compute based environments.
Proven leader of large, distributed 24×7 technical operations with strong hands‑on experience in lab/infrastructure management.
Deep technical knowledge of virtualization, software‑defined compute/storage/network, monitoring, asset lifecycle, and automation/orchestration tools.
Strong program and vendor management skills; experienced in procurement cycles, BOMs, and global inventory allocation.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation and change management initiatives in global technical or engineering operations.
