Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs comprised of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Define program and project scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with executives and business sponsors.
Build and maintain program roadmaps and plans, identifying milestones, critical paths, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
Drive governance across programs, establishing frameworks, metrics, and processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability.
Proactively manage program risks and opportunities, leveraging analytical insights to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve challenges.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress, strategic alignment, and the elimination of bottlenecks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in program or project management roles within complex, multi‑business environments.
Professional certifications such as PgMP®, PMP®, PMI‑ACP®, or SAFe® Agile strongly preferred.
Expert-level understanding of program and project management methodologies, operational processes, and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira Align).
Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures).
