Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement
Provide direct post-sales systems on-site technical support for reactive and proactive customers
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and ensure clear alignment of solutions
Conduct network information gathering workshops and understand customer network design
Test new designs and help develop plans to implement in the live network
Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and track cases to resolve issues
Produce written summary reports of project statuses and technology workshops

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks
JUNOS CLI experience
Large-scale experience with QFX, EX, PTX switching and routing
Experience at a large enterprise or Data Center with EVPN/VXLAN experience
Experience with core routing BGP (eBGP and iBGP) and OSPF protocols
Mist Wireless assurance experience
Experience with Juniper EZ-LAG
Background in automation with Ansible, YAML, and Juniper PyEZ
Experience writing automation scripts in Python
Strong customer interface and presentation skills
Expert-level Technical Certifications: JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, and CCIE a strong plus.
