About the role

  • Act as the 'Voice of the Provider' prioritizing features in HPE CloudOps software.
  • Define tiered pricing models, revenue-share structures, and 'Marketplace' monetization strategies for managed services.
  • Build and run the HPE CSP program leading the cross-functional 'Tiger Team' across Sales, Support, and Marketing.
  • Develop the 'Sell-Through' motion helping CSP partners market their clouds to end-users by providing technical validation designs and joint marketing funds.
  • Define the support experience for CSPs with differing SLA requirements from standard corporate IT support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience at VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, or a Hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP) specifically within Partner, Managed Services, or Cloud Provider divisions.
  • Fluent in IaaS architecture, virtualization, and the 'Managed Services' layer (DBaaS, DRaaS, Security-as-a-Service).
  • Understand the CAPEX vs. OPEX transition and how CSPs calculate their Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on hardware/software stacks.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience building a partner program from $0 to $50M+ in recurring revenue is highly preferred.
