About the role

  • Develop and execute a unified global pricing strategy aligned with HPE’s business objectives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing pricing team, overseeing tools, systems, and processes.

  • Drive customer profitability analysis and introduce innovative pricing models to maximize margins.
  • Lead complex change initiatives and foster alignment across diverse global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in pricing strategy, ideally within IT, software, or telecom industries.
  • Track record of building strong teams and potentially leading a significant revamp of the pricing function, including organizational redesign and recalibration.
  • Proven success in developing and executing pricing strategies for complex products and services.
  • Experience leading in large, global, matrixed organizations and influencing at the executive level.
  • Deep industry expertise and a track record of driving margin growth.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and change management skills.
