About the role
- Leads and develops industry-leading professional services and managed services functions.
- Represents services on product or solution core teams and provides service requirements into Sales pursuits.
- Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements.
- Responsible for revenue and margin contribution.
- Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
Requirements
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience required.
- T2+ years of related work experience, including 8+ years of people management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of IT and services industry.
- General technical understanding of products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery in English and Spanish, with technical communication skills in Portuguese highly desired.
