About the role

  • Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

  • The successful candidate will work as part of a team focused on services delivery transformation programs to drive elevated customer experience and services delivery excellence.
  • Lead end-to-end programs to redesign processes, operating models and handoffs that improve customer experience and delivery outcomes
  • Leads internal projects, working across geographies / regions and WW teams to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing and communication.
  • Plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
  • Drive governance and excellence in Services delivery transformation programs.
  • Represent Services Delivery in strategic, cross-functional initiatives and governance bodies.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities, requirements and success measures.
  • Track program health, risks, and benefits; report progress to senior leaders and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manages matrix project team - Matrix leadership internal as well as external resources with a significant team size from multiple regions/ teams
  • Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function projects.
  • Manages complex multi-function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
  • Strong Business Acumen across Operational Services, Managed Services and Professional Services Delivery and good understanding of services delivery operations
  • Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
  • PMP Certified.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma
  • Strong governance and MOC experience and skills
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Critical thinking skills
