About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to MAP leadership on market alignment with HPE strategy
  • Guide MAPs to develop mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and multi-year partner strategies
  • Clearly communicate HPE channel strategy, programs, and policy changes to MAP leadership
  • Regularly review MAP compliance with HPE channel program requirements
  • Drive end-to-end HPE revenue, margin and pipeline growth by leading data-driven sales efforts with MAPs
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with MAP channel and sales management

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Typically 6-10+ years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
  • Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
  • Thorough awareness of current technology trends and related HPE strategy
  • Able to influence the partner to create increased value to HPE
  • Effective selling skills: identifying potential opportunities, utilizing appropriate sales platforms and resources, formulating and proposing solutions
  • Thorough understanding of business and financial fundamentals for strategic planning
