About the role
- Lead, coordinate, and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are consistently met
- Establish project governance frameworks, run operational cadences, and produce clear KPI tracking and status updates to support leadership decision-making
- Support quarterly and annual planning by bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, including resource constraints, delivery bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies
- Serve as the central point of contact across teams and regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, clear communication, and smooth handoffs to drive successful program delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and consistency across programs and teams
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Services business
- Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning
- Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry
- In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market
- Problem detection and analysis of root cause
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames
- Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis
- Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills
- Project and change management training and certification as appropriate
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus
