About the role

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are consistently met
  • Establish project governance frameworks, run operational cadences, and produce clear KPI tracking and status updates to support leadership decision-making
  • Support quarterly and annual planning by bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, including resource constraints, delivery bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies
  • Serve as the central point of contact across teams and regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, clear communication, and smooth handoffs to drive successful program delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and consistency across programs and teams

Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Services business
  • Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning
  • Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market
  • Problem detection and analysis of root cause
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis
  • Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills
  • Project and change management training and certification as appropriate
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus
