About the role

  • Own regional pipeline and revenue goals in alignment with global NVIDIA Alliance targets.
  • Collaborate with HPE sales teams and coordinate with NVIDIA to support deal acceleration, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and business support to drive the adoption of HPE-NVIDIA solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to scale joint opportunities.
  • Create enablement content, documentation, and training materials to support sales and partner teams.
  • Lead joint marketing activities, events, and campaigns leveraging MDF to create new pipeline opportunities.
  • Support and participate in key customer meetings, C-level roundtables, and alliance strategy reviews with NVIDIA.
  • Provide feedback to global alliance leadership on competitive trends, customer requirements, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with HPE sales, presales, and marketing teams to operationalize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT.
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT trends, including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently.
  • Fluency in German and knowledge of the German market is essential for success in this role.
