About the role
- Develop and maintain the Server Services strategic roadmap aligned with company goals
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
- Drive annual and quarterly business planning processes, including financial forecasting and resource allocation
- Define and track KPIs to measure organizational success
- Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Oversee strategic projects from conception to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in business strategy, planning, or related roles within technology or enterprise services
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results
- Experience in server, compute, or IT infrastructure industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and strategic planning frameworks
