About the role

  • Play a critical role in supporting the company’s capital markets strategy.
  • Lead financial modeling and analysis to evaluate funding options, optimize capital structure, and support execution of debt and equity transactions.
  • Monitor market conditions, assess financing opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partners with business units to ensure capital markets strategies are effectively executed and aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Supports the company’s access to global financing by analyzing market trends, evaluating funding options, and optimizing capital structure.
  • Performs advanced financial modeling and analysis across debt, equity, and liquidity management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leads forecasting and scenario planning for cash flow, interest expense, and capital requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • First-level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Typically, 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
