About the role
- Responsible for managing a service segment of significant scope and complexity.
- Leads product support or solution portfolio planning over entire lifecycle.
- Represents services on product or solution portfolio core teams.
- Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and recommends solutions.
- Works across regions to develop and implement new/enhanced services and solutions.
- Provides leadership in the development and execution of the business vision.
Requirements
- Typically 12+ years of experience in Service Business Management.
- Advanced experience in related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, or business planning.
- High knowledge of IT and services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of company's organization, policies, service offerings, and processes.
- Solid technical and functional knowledge.
- Highly developed problem solving, project/program management, and change management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and negotiation/influencing skills.
