About the role

  • Overseeing and managing project controls for key R & D programs on the product roadmap.
  • Ensuring product development initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, quality, finance, and operations teams.
  • Establishing project plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Driving execution, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Enabling successful delivery of innovative HPC and AI solutions to market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years' experience.
  • Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing cross-business unit programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
