Develops and nurtures strategic/mutually beneficial relationships with PCAI resellers, distributors and ISVs to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts.
Works closely with GTM colleagues and regional sales teams to increase the indirect funnel and ensure identification, pursuit, closure, and tracking of customer opportunities.
Influences PCAI Focus Partner sales teams for near-term revenue growth and develops joint relationships, sales initiatives and programs for long-term partner success.
Has WW channel PCAI budget responsibility; drives sales efforts to achieve targets.
Provides highly innovative solutions, leads large cross-division functional teams or projects, and may participate in cross-division, multi-function teams.
Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees and routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
Develops sales strategy, sets functional policy and direction, and acts as a functional manager within area of expertise.
Requirements
University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Typically 12+ years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level.
Experience as successful account/business manager, selling to CxO and decision-maker level.
Deep understanding of the AI market and the ecosystem around.
Actively and proactively manages partners to protect & grow company business; coordinates partner plans, funnel activities and forecast process.
Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage partner's sales force.
Executive engagement skills.
Deep understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
Deep understanding of the company's products, software, and services; ability to communicate strengths vs competition.
Ability to coordinate and direct efforts across sales teams and develop Partner account plans based on PCAI GTM strategy.
WW channel PCAI budget responsibility and drive sales to achieve targets.
Must be able to work as a Remote/Teleworker (primarily from home).
